Rahmat Sotudeh-Gharebagh is currently a Full Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Tehran, Iran. He holds a B.Eng. degree in Chemical Engineering from Iran's Sharif University of Technology. He earned a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Fluidization from Canada's Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. He had also serve as Acting Vice President for Research and Technology, University of Tehran, Iran. In 2015 he was appointed as Dean of Applied Research Office (UT-ARO), University of Tehran, Iran. He has taught process modeling and simulation, transport phenomena and fluidization courses for over 20 years. His research interests include computer-aided process design and simulation, and fluidization, Process Modeling and Simulation, Chemical Engineering Education, Pharmaceutical Engineering and Information Technology (IT). |
