Abstract
Huntington’s Theory dan Realism are the two theories that have always been discussed and criticized that can answer why conflicts happen. The weaknesses of both theories are discussed and compared with the Islamic theory. The modern law of war showed similarities with Islamic ethics on war that have been practiced by Rasulullah P.B.U.H.
