Abstract

ISO Risk Management System is a web-based system for Risk Management Department, Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (Pernas). This project is focus on Risk Management that allow user to register and track risks that happen in the organization. Since this organization has many divisions and departments, it is important to have an efficient and systematic managing system. The current system that organization used is unsuitable and cause difficulties for Risk Department such as data redundancy, data missing and time consuming. The methodology that will be used is Prototype model as a guideline to develop this proposed system. Comparison between existing systems have been made and studied to get further ideas and understanding to implement this project. As a result, this system will enable user to handle and manage risks records in a systematic way.
