Abstract
The purposes of this study were to determine ( 1 ) Sarawak secondary school principals perception of their roles as the principal of secondary school and ( 2 ). The relationships between perceived roles and selected personal, professional, and institutional factors. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, survey, questionnaire were sent to all secondary school principals in Sarawak.
