Abstract
This research aim to analyze customer satisfaction toward location, ticket pnce, activity and facilities provided in Jong Crocodile's Farm. Researcher had used quantitative method for data collection with 200 sets of questionnaire given and collected from the farm's visitors. The data was then analyzed by researcher for cumulative frequency, reliability test, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis to obtain the results. This research was found that the relationship between location, ticket price, activity and facility with customer's satisfaction are strong and positive.
