Abstract

Rojak (mix-salad) is a well-known food in Malaysia. There are four type of mix-salad; Fruit salad, shrimp paste salad, noodle salad and peanut salad with two different type of sauce; peanut sauce and shrimp paste sauce. Although these foods are famous, there is a lack of innovation in the corporate identity in most of the rojak restaurants. The researcher tries to build up a new corporate identity to find the best way to promote it.
