Abstract
This study aims to examine and understand 1) what are the dilemmas faced by Dayak engineers during the start-up of the business in the construction Industry?, 2) what are the motivating factors that led the dayak engineers to become entrepreneurs in the construction Industry? and lastly, 3) what are the strategies that these Dayak engineers adopted in order to sustain their business and be successful?
