Abstract

The objective of this case study is to examine how turnover rate influenced by; education, experience, family, demographics, better offer from others organization and period of employment. Quarter year's data gathered from 217 respondents from management level and operater level. The results were shown that there are differences among category A and category B that motivate the workers to turnover. As a conclusion, the results revealed that education factor and family pressure was dominant factors that influence the workers' turnover. Based on this case study some suggestions have been offered to reduce the turnover rate in the organization.
