Abstract
Melalui sesi ini penceramah telah berkongsi mengenai sains tentang senyuman, Definisi serta Jenis-Jenis Kesihatan Mental , Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesihatan Mental Masyarakat, Isu-isu mengenai kesihatan mental di Malaysia serta contoh-contoh terkini yang melibatkan isu-isu kesihatan mental. Turut dibincangkan adalah mengenai kecenderungan untuk sama ada lelaki atau perempuan terlibat dengan isu yang berkaitan dengan kesihatan mental. Penceramah turut membincangkan aspek kesihatan mental dari perspektif Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
