Abstract
Malaysia is moving towards a developed country status by year 2020. As the rapid structural and infrastructure developments, projects are located on almost everywhere including construction over peaty soil, which is known as a problematic soil, especially in engineering field for development sector. Therefore, it is important to understand the physical and geotechnical properties of pet soils.
