Abstract

The community is the core of the country that determines whether the country peaceful, harmonic and had sense of belonging among themselves or not. These values are fading away from time to time because of the malfunction of the community itself. For that, "E- Pekaka Community " is the right tool for community to function and made it a place like no other. It is web system that has simple built in features, but delivers great result if used correctly. It should not only used virtually, but alongside with the physical community. This report will discuss about the background of the system, methodology used, system analysis and design, the system implementation, system testing and evaluation, and also the future enhancement of the system.
