Abstract
The main objective of this research is to analyze the consumers' acceptance of internet banking services which provided by bank. The main focus of this research is to identify the factors which affect the consumers' acceptance of internet banking. Questionnaire in this research is use to collect the data which is relevant. There is 116 set questionnaire use for the process of this research. Correlation and One Way Anova is use to ensure the significant of the varil1ble. The finding of this research is awareness of internet banking service and its benefits, cost, ease of use and security and safety has the significant relation with the acceptance ofinternet banking.
