Abstract

Compensation literature has shown that pay communication system effect individual's satisfaction with job. The effect of pay communication system on job satisfaction does not clear if procedure justice is present in organisations. Based on this theoretical evidence, a conceptual framework was developed and this was tested in SMK Business Solution Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak. This research used quantitative and qualitative approach as a procedure to collect and analyse the data. Outcomes of multiple regression analysis showed that procedure justice played a partial moderating role in pay communication system and job satisfaction. The results of this study provide important implication for theory and practitioners. In term of theoretical contribution, this study exposed that, procedure justice is a partial moderator influencing compensation system management. For practitioners, the result of this study can help them in designing better communication technique in future. A successful communications strategy is able to increasing good behaviour and positive wok place.
