Abstract

Generally, the purpose of this study was to investigate factors that influence workers behaviour in Malaysia Airports Sdn. Bhd., Kuching, Sarawak. The factors include salary factor, working environment factor, social relationships factor and work factor. In this Study, questionnaires were used to obtain feedback and the relevant data from the sample. A total of 60 workers from seven units were randomly chosen as the sample of this study. The data collected was analysed by using SPSS Version 11.0 for Windows. Inferential statistic such as multiple regressions linear was used to identify the contribution of the fourth factors towards workers behaviour and to detect the dominant factor among the fourth factors. The finding of this study showed that all the fourth factors have a significant relationship in influencing workers behaviour. It was found that the social relationships factor was the most dominant factor in influencing workers behaviour where it has moderately strong relationship with r=.610 and p=0.000. The implications of this research indicate that there is a correlation between salary, working environment, social relationships and work Wilh workers behaviour.
