Abstract
This study aims to identify level of learning transfer from an in-leave course attended by untrained temporary teachers. The factors that are being study in this research include trainee characteristics, motivation and ability Besides, this research is also identify the difference and similarity in learning transfer among untrained temporary teachers. The interview method used to collect data from the respondent in order to achieve the desired objective. The respondents of this research consist of four (4) untrained temporary teacher that had attended the in-leave course. The overall research finding proved that the learning transfer was occurred positively.
