Abstract
In globalisation era, the learning style should be changed by adapting new technology in term of making the learning become more effective and increase the educational level. Therefore, in this project, a prototype system of intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) has been developed which focusing on one of the main component in ITS which is the pedagogy. The main objective of developing this prototype system is to build a learning module engine that is compatible to every subject.
