Abstract
In an effort towards the development of industrial sector, manufacturing and commercial agriculture becomes the main focus for the government. In agriculture sector, farming aspect and commercial becomes the main agenda for the government in planning and carrying out agricultural programme. Lack of capital. knowledge and experiences in the modern agricultural sectors are become the cause or hindering to the development. Consequently, rural areas still running on their traditional farming by using common experiences or gaining experience which being performed long time ago by their grand parents. Existent of SALCRA Project within the area Cannot be taken for granted actively by the villages all around the area. This process of Studying tries to explore all the factors. which influence to the commitment of traditional farming. Contribution of this sector lor domestic economy also being studied. This study also "ants to explore the level of people contribution in SALCRA Project. Analysis benefit and cost for the traditional farming and commercial farming also being studied. The findings show that gender, age, level of education, family member and NCR land plot are the main factor, which influence the commitment of traditional farming. Beside that, traditional farming also give income to the family. While involvement in the SALCRA Project are still unsatisfactory. From the analysis benefit and cost show that traditional farming give income in the domestic economy. That why, the traditional farming still being running.
