Abstract
The study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job implementation in Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Simpang Tiga, Sarawak. Factors influencing job satisfaction are discussed thoroughly in order to understand its' relation with job implementation. A sample of 55 respondents was taken from all departments in Simpang Tiga's branch of Te1ekom Malaysia Berhad. The study is analysed through questionnaires that were distributed in the organisation. Finding from the study shows that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal relationship among colleagues with effective completion to given tasks. The working environment has also significant relationship with employees' attendance. Besides that, finding also shows that perception towards work also has significant relationship with full concentration in implementing given tasks.
