Abstract

Match Cut is the combination of two different shot who have the similarity that can create the continuity of the video. The research is about to explore how the match cut help to create continuity for the non-narrative video. It is also about how to grab the viewer's eye and their attention without the viewer notice the video they watch is nOn-narrative video. The viewer is the people who watch the nOn-narrative video that make by the researcher to find out whether they relay notice about the continuity or they are disoriented with the images will be show or they still sit to watch the video until the end. This research will help to gain the knowledge and help to improve the technique of the editing for the student and the editor it self.
