Abstract
This research is aimed to study how male and female manage their anger. This study has three component to measure its purposes namely factors of anger, anger expressions and techniques of anger management Gender of the Wisma SESCO workers are tested with the three components. The research scope covers the entire department in Wisma SESCQ, Petra Jaya. As many as 68 respondents were randomly selected for this research. Majority of the respondents are clerical staff from various departments of Wisma SESCO. The T-test is used to determine whether the hypothesis is accepted or rejected. It shows the significant differences between gender and the three components of the research and Pearson's correlation shows the relationship between the three component of this research. Whereby the relationship is significant or exist if the level of significance, p < 0.01 or 0.05 depending on the level of confidence. In conclusion, factors of anger provoke male and female differently. This may result male and female express their anger differently and may have their own ways managing their anger according to gender.
