Thus, it indicates that employees who benefited from FTS experienced better work-life Although Flexible Working Arrangements (FWA) is seen as panacea for Work Life Balance (WLB) and improve job performance, some studies reported blurred boundaries, burnout and lost productivity during Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA). Based on self-determination theory, this study viewed Flexible Time Schedule (FTS)balance, which in turn had a positive impact on their job performance. Thus, it is suggested to expand flexible work arrangement (such as FTS), across the organization, to establish clear work-life balance policies, to improve access to technological resources, conduct regular evaluation of flexible work policies and to provide supervisor training to support flexible work arrangements.
