Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the factors that influence the level of computer usage in training among trainers at INTAN Wilayah Timur. This research also aims to identifY the level of computer usage in training among trainers and relationship between the level of computer usage among trainers and factors such as knowledge, attitude and age towards usage of computer. 53 respondents were chosen with random stratified sampling and the data collected was analyzed with SPSS 10.0 Windows. The results had shown that the level of computer usage among trainers was low. This means that only //3 of the training were used by the trainers to complete their assignment with computer. Meanwhile, the results of Pearson Correlation analysis shown that there is no significant relations between the level of computer usage in training and factors such as knowledge, attitude and age. The results also shown that level of computer usage in training among trainers were not influenced by the factors such as knowledge, attitude and age. Therefore, it is suggested for INTAN to increase computer knowledge among trainers as a first step to increase computer usage.
