Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of perceive value of money in the relationship between political behaviors and turnover intentions and job satisfaction. Survey methods were used to gather 94 usable questionnaires from a sample of Social Welfare Department of Sarawak (which is covers employee from Kuching and Kota Samarahan Branch and [-lead Quarters). Outcomes of hypothesis testing using Stepwise Regression Analysis showed that the inclusion of procedural justice into analysis had decrease the effect of political behaviors on job satisfaction. However, procedural justice had not decrease the effect of political behaviors on turnover intentions. In addition, the implications of this study to theory and practice, methodological and conceptual limitations as well as directions for future research are elaborated in this paper.
