Abstract
Sarawak State Government had recognizes Tidal Bore Festival (Pesta Benak) which is held in Sri Aman as one of yearly activity in Sarawak Tourism Calendar since year 2000. Even though this yearly festival has successfully organized by Sri Aman Resident Office, but there are some problems occurred. Hence, this research is to clarify the problem in the management perspectives throughout the whole event.
