Abstract

Mobile laundry services have become a popular solution for people who are looking for a convenient and efficient way to get their laundry done. With a mobile laundry service app, customers can schedule a pick-up and delivery from the comfort of their own home, without having to worry about leaving the house to drop off their clothes. The app streamlines the entire process, from scheduling the service to tracking the status of the order and paying for it, making it more efficient than traditional laundry methods. For busy individuals, the time saved by using a mobile laundry service can be significant, and the convenience factor can often justify the cost. Doing laundry can be a major problem such as time consuming for university students especially in UNIMAS, who are often living on their own and have to manage their own household chores. UNIMAS students have busy schedules, with classes, studying, and extracurricular activities taking up much of their time. Finding time to do laundry can be a challenge, especially when they need to go to a laundromat and wait for their clothes to be washed and dried. In order to overcome the laundry problem faced by the UNIMAS students, they need a service where someone can do their laundry for them so they can save time for other more important things. One solution is to use a mobile laundry service, which offers a convenient and efficient way to get laundry done. With a mobile laundry app, students can schedule a pick-up and delivery from their dorm room or apartment, and their clothes will be cleaned and returned to them. This eliminates the need to go to a laundromat and can save time and money. This project aims to build a mobile application system that provides laundry pickup and delivery services for UNIMAS students called UniWash. Overall, UniWash offer a simple, efficient, and cost-effective answer to UNIMAS students' laundry problems. These apps can considerably improve the quality of life for students who are already struggling with a tough academic schedule by streamlining the entire process and providing high-quality services.
