Travel planning has always been a stressful experience as additional effort is required to obtain detailed and accurate information on budgets, tourist attractions, safety precautions, and others that need to be considered. Browsing countless websites and reading brochures or tourism books is a hassle and time-consuming during the preplanning phase. Moreover, tourists prefer to plan their itineraries themselves in order to minimize the risk of being scammed by potential travel agencies scam. The covid-19 outbreak has shown the need for digitalisation in technological innovation services, along with the rise of AI-based platforms. Developed using Software Development Life Cycle methodology, this project uses AI to provide personalised trip planning in a web application.
