Abstract
Print It to Me was an online document printing service system specifically designed for UNIMAS students. The system catered to three main user groups: UNIMAS students (customers), printing service providers, and administrators. Students who owned printers and accepted cash-on-delivery (COD) payments could also register as service providers. The goal was to provide convenient and efficient access to printing services without the need for inperson visits, ensuring reliability regardless of weather conditions, and reducing COVID-19 transmission risks. The web-based application, developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, focused on prototype development and shortened planning stages. Rigorous functionality and usability testing were conducted to ensure optimal performance and a seamless user experience. The project concluded with an evaluation comparing initial objectives to the final system, addressing limitations, and offering recommendations for future improvements. By continuously evolving, Print It to Me aimed to deliver a user-centric, reliable document printing service for UNIMAS students, saving time and reducing health risks.
