Abstract
The Real Application of Transformative Approaches for Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century book was produced to appreciate the transformative work of lecturers in teaching and learning. This book is divided into two main components which are related to transformative approaches in teaching and learning and alternative assessment practices. Among the transformative approaches discussed in this book related to e-Sulam, research based learning, critical thinking session and workshop based approach. The alternative assessment practices introduced in this book are such as gamified authentic assessment, objective structured practical examination, inquiry based assessment and visual presentation of students. The latest teaching approaches and alternative assessment practices will help to ensure the teaching and learning become interesting, especially for 21st century students.
