Abstract

The study "Rosli Dhoby Rukun Berdarah: Trope style rhetorical analysis based onSPB4Ktheory" is a study about how language style is used in books chosen by researchers. Theobjective of this study is to identify the Trope-style rhetoric in Rosli Dhoby's novel RukunBerdarah and to examine the Trope-style rhetoric using the SPB4K theory. This is a qualitativestudy in which the document or text is analyzed. The book Rosli Dhoby Rukun BerdarahbyAbg. Saifudin Abg. Bohari served as the study's instrument. PTS Publications & Distributors Sdn. Bhd. published this text in 2005. The findings of the study showed 6 language styles out of 17language styles found in Trope style rhetoric to be discussed in the study among whicharemetaphor, simile, personification, hyperbole, oxymoron, and rhetorical questions. Researchershave also outlined how to choose a language style based on the theory of the 4 Kintegratedthinking system (SPB4K), which includes four ideas: kerohanian, kebitaraan, kesaintifikan, andkekreatifan
