Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of selected variables on economic growth in Malaysia. The study data period is annual data from 1990 to 2019. The economic indicators brought into this study are human capital, total taxes, exchange rate, population growth and government budget. Time series analysis was used to determine the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. According to the findings of the study, all variables have a positive relationship. However, the results and discussion will discuss further as well as discussion and policy recommendations on this study.
