Abstract

This project addresses the lack of monitoring done towards the status of the internet connectivity of schools in Sarawak. The ability to check on the status and other parameters of the internet connection would help the Pusat Kegiatan Guru (PKG) and Bahagian Teknologi Pendidikan Negeri (BTPN) to monitor the schools internet connectivity. This project mainly focuses on the system that will deliver the information of the internet status in the form of infographics allowing the information to give more clarity to the people reading the data. This project is built on a web based platform giving accessibility to the data as long as there is internet connectivity. The result of the system mainly shows the connection status based on the location on Google Maps API. The result from the system would also provide information whether the school internet infrastructure requires upgrading or not.
