Abstract
First of all, this results and empirical study is carried out to investigate the impact of internal corporate social responsibility practises towards employee's organisational commitment among academicians in Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). The data for this study has been obtained from 347 respondents which conducted in the form of questionnaire. Next, the data was collected and analysed using statistical software of SPSS Version 23 and the outcome has been interpreted according to the statistical rule. As a result, the overall outcome can be concluded as the internal CSR practises in UNIMAS has a significant impact on academician's organisational commitment which refers to affective, normative and continuous commitment.
