Abstract
Recently our world was hit by virus called Covid-19 and our country also facing the same situations as other countries. Due to this pandemic there were restriction had been made by the government to break the chains of the virus. Thus, the situation creates a new norm and in this research focus on working from home during the pandemic. This study is a new issues and not much research done for this topic. Hence, research aimed to explore Teachers’ Perception towards working from home during Covid-19 pandemic. This research conducted qualitatively to get in-depth understanding of the teachers’ perception towards working from home. Purposive sampling used in this study as the informants choosen based on their experiences and job title. There were 8 informants altogether. Data for this research were collected through open-ended survey and structured interview and analyzed using content analysis approach. There are many identified technology used during working from home, the challenges and also the benefits of technology during working from home. The negative impact of technology also identififes in this research. Several new findings had also been discovered in this study.
