Abstract

This research aim is to identify the effect of online training towards employee performance during pandemic Covid-19 among employees in public sectors. Online training is training that is conducted through the internet. The purpose of online training is to deliver a piece of information to the employee. Trainee can attend the training in any place. There is no specific venue for attending this online training. The effectiveness of only training can be measure by the training content that they used, the computer skill of the employee, and communication between trainer and trainee. this research has to use Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) to evaluate the result. Descriptive Statistics and Inferential Statistics is been used to measure the result from the data based on the questionnaire.
