Abstract
Career plateauing happens if workers feel constrained in their employment in terms for progressive advancement. Jobs stagnation is often achieved by workers, particularly people who keep working in the same company for very long periods. the teachers might stumble into a slum and no longer feel the excitement of committing into the profession with high passion and determination which very worrying scenario is considering the fact that teacher’s motivation plays a significant role in fostering success in education and learning. satisfaction with the work depends on the efficiency level of the employee as feeling satisfied or dissatisfied will affect the job performance especially among professional workers. The main objective of the study is to identify the relationship between career plateau and job satisfaction among teachers. Today, it is a practice to sideline well-deserved senior school teachers and attract younger teachers from elsewhere. These senior teachers should condemn such progress in the school and become so uncomfortable. Career plateau takes a serious interest in needing institutions, so that they can seriously examine the consequences and react to the detrimental impact it allows workers to feel undervalued at work promptly and efficiently.researcher using a quantitative method for this result. Employees with low job performance and poor job satisfaction will experience more tension and will be more likely to be transferred to other organizations than employees who have comparatively greater job satisfaction and higher job status.The school or the organization also need to be a team player, and put the spotlight on the group's efforts and also need to approach everything you do with a positive attitude, and be sure that each thing you do makes a difference, regardless of appreciation. More study and research on that matter has to be done in order to make it successful.
