Abstract

This study is based on three objectives in terms of performance management, promotion strategy and the strategy of the fund findings. This research was conducted to obtain in-depth information on management strategies for the successful performance of a symphony orchestra performing arts. Promotion strategies help foster community interest in symphony orchestra and retrieval strategy fund is to increase the financial resources of the Symphony Orchestra Sarawak. Overall, this study can improve the quality of the performing arts and to foster a society active in the field of art, especially the art of music.
