Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the visual arts approach in etnography context. The main objective of this research is to identify the characteristic of etnography which can be apply onto an artwork. One of the method that had been used is data collection from etnography research which is the etnography among the ethnic of KadazanDusun in Sabah. The application of the findings have succeeded through the analysis from this research. As a conclusion, researcher thinks that this research can be improve and can be use as reference to other reserchers who are intrested in conduct etnography research.
