Abstract
This project looks at the context 0/ eyewitness memory in a multiracial community in Malaysia. The researcher looks at the cognitive jUnctions in eyewitness memory and the Significance between demographic factors ofethnicity and gender towards memory functions and retrieval of eyewitness. From the experiment. it was found that there exists some Significance between ethnicity and memory functions and ethnicity and retrieval. But. the Significance is not in a strong relation. It was also found that there does not exist any Significance between gender and memory functions and between gender and retrieval.
