Abstract

This exploratory study was aimed at identifying the vrgric~~s modelts of succession approaches and systems available. The site for this study ws the Public Works: Department of Sarawdc (PtVDj with suppiementary sitcs at the Kuchrng Port Authority, Bank Utartpa+ l,NXMAS, Shell Berhad art$ Taiyo 'llben.
