Abstract

Nucleophosmin, NPMl can be found in the leukaemia and cancer study. In this paper, NPMl is used as a target protein to search its protein partner and the possible interaction between them. The method used is by using bioinfonnatic analysis multiple alignment, 3D modelling, model assessment, structure neighbour, candidate partners, and structural docking. The tool revealed 4KZX and 4KZY as the structural neighbours and possible candidate partners. There are around seven candidate partners of NPMI has been discovered and the proteins that has been discovered has the same expression as the NPM I.
