Abstract
Aduan Hostel: Web-Based Application of Hostel Complaint System that develops to change the manual system into a computerized system that used in college of ice in UNIMAS. It can be applied by a student who stayed in UNIMAS college. Through this system, students can lodge their complaints, update their complaint if they want to update and check their complaint status. For staf , they can view the complaint report, update the status complaint, manage user account and search complaint by date or complaint ID. Besides, all the information records will be stored in the database to avoid data loss and ease a staff to manage all the information with more systematic and efficient to lessen the processing time and quality of service.
