Abstract

Recruitment is the process for find and hire the best and qualified jobseeker. It is also a process search prospective jobseeker and for them to apply the job in an organization. Psychometric recruitment online system is an is a type of online recruitment system contain psychometric test. It usually provide test for the jobseeker. This report is write about how to develop the online recruitment system which consist psychometric test. This system allow jobseeker to find their ideal job while for recruitment manager to find their ideal jobseeker. Recruitment manager can choose a set of psychometric test for jobseeker to do the test. Jobseeker will need to take the psychometric test before apply for the job. Recruitment manager can assign different psychometric test for different job. The main reason for jobseeker to do the psychometric test is to let the recruitment manager to know more about the jobseeker. At the end of this project, psychometric recruitment information system is to help recruitment manager to find out the potential jobseekers. The system future improvement and testing result will be documented and analyzed.
