Abstract

Nowadays, air quality is an important things need to aware especially who lives in urban areas or industrial areas. They expose with different type of gas where some of gas harmful to breathe by human. Most of them neglects about the quality of air in surrounding because they focusing on their works. The traditional checks quality of air is by observe with a pair an eyes or waiting for information from media. In order to make people aware about air surroundings, the Smart Air Monitoring Pollution system is proposed. The main function of the proposed system is to measure the quality of the air by using smartphones. The system can check the real-time data reading of air and notify the user if the value of reading is above threshold values. In the future, this system could be applied at each of the urban and industrial areas to aware about the quality of air and enhance healthy lifestyles.
