Abstract

Sarawak has diverse cultures and traditions, thanks to history and where it is situated. However, with the growing numbers of urbanization and modernization that Sarawak is facing, the heritage of Sarawak is facing extinction especially the food heritage of Sarawak. This paper is to design and develop a framework that will be able to preserve Sarawak’s food heritage and thus promoting the traditional foods that are available here in Sarawak to younger generations so that they will be able experience and enjoy all the traditions and pleasures that come with experiencing Sarawak’s food heritage for many years to come.
