Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Johor Bahru (SMKA Johor Bahru) is one of the National Religious Secondary Schools in Malaysia. With the current amount of 541 students and 70 staff, the school faced the difficulty in monitoring and reporting co-curricular activities data. This project reports the development of a web-based co-curricular management application for the school called SMKAJB CO-CU. This web-based application is designed to assist teachers in tracking the co-curricular activities record and helping teachers making reports on the co-curricular activities by automatically generate the cocurricular data dashboard. The results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) among 10 testers which involve 3 male, 7 female and average age of 40.9 years old, shows that system functionality has the average mean of 4.40 and standard deviation of 0.190, while level of consistency of the system has the average mean of 4.14 and standard deviation of 0.049. The features provided in the web-based application will benefits the school to provide a more systematic co-curricular management system.
