Abstract
Student Pass Document is an important document for those who further their studies outside their own country. In Malaysia especially at Sarawak, students who are from Peninsular and Sabah required to apply student pass. By having student pass, they will be permitted to stay at Sarawak until they finished their studies or they only eligible to stay for 3 months only. However, some students need to renew their student pass due to some reasons that cannot be avoided. Currently, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) is using manual approach to renew their student pass. Thus, by creating a system might help students and related staff during the renewing process
