Abstract
The process of performances management has been a while for now. Most organization has moved toward paperless concept or online. The current system used by Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad (BPHB) has caused several problem for the Human Resources Department. Performances management is important for any organization as it is used to monitor and evaluate their employee performances. It is very important for the system to be easier to access, user friendly and easy to use. Besides, proper performances management system should provide organization with an effective tool to manage all the document. The manual or paper-based method are always timeconsuming and involved many complicated procedures. A reliable system is a major factor to prevent from any data or document lost. This cases may happened when there is a water leakage, misplaced or worst, thrown away by accident. There also the possibility or not enough storage to store them. As a big organization that employed thousands or employees, their storage may not able to store all the document. Thus, the main purpose of developing Performances Management Online System is to help Human Resources Department to prevent any of those problem.
