Abstract

Inventory and Sales Record Management for Drop Shippers is a web-based inventory and report generator system that can be used by any drop shippers. This system enable the drop shippers to collect and record their inventory data and sales which will be stored inside the database. Besides, it also help to generate a report in graph mode for their sales part which can help them to analyse the data and improve more on working the sales up. As for the current method, some drop shipper need to get the item manually from wholesaler and deliver it to the customer. The disadvantage of this method is some of drop shipper can forget how much do they gain and how much product left in their inventory. This can affect their sales and does not benefit their sales. Thus, this system is proposed to overcome the problems. This proposed system help them to keep track of their item inventory and sales. The methodology used in developing this system is Rapid Application Development (RAD). While for the data requirements, an interview session with drop shipper is conducted to specify users need and for the information gathering.
