Abstract

Some students at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak never go for counselling sessions. Therefore, online counselling systems are required. Students should go to the counselor's office to find out free counselling sessions for reservations and conflicts occur among students due to a clash of counselling sessions. Additionally, students should wait for counselors at the office to make a booking session and cannot make an appointment with the counselor for a busy schedule. The project is to develop a system that reminds counselors or students about their counselling sessions and systems that ensure students can get counselling sessions without having to meet counselors. This project uses agile methodology which is a unique opportunity for customers to engage in this project and questionnaires conducted on an online counselling system. Finally, repeated discussions on online Web counselling systems are likely to increase and then include changes in the system. Project aspects are also outlined briefly.
