Abstract

This project present a web based system which is will encourage the organization slowly practice an online system database in managing data. Design selection of proposed system is analysing from Perlis State Secretary Office requirement. Currently, the stakeholder which is Human Resource department got several problems that occur relate to leave management issue hence they try to encounter the problems by locating an invented online system. With this proposed system, the expected outcome for this project is to develop an efficient prototype system for Perlis State Secretary Office Management System and manage to produce an interactive user friendly interface to be used by three entities which are Admin, Coordinator (Superior) and Employee.
